Description
The Rock Ling is also known as ling and beardies and is a true member of the cod family. The Rock Lings colouration is a white to greyish with dark all over blotchy pattern. The Rock Ling is eel like in appearance and grows to 1.2mtrs in length and approximately 7kg.

Distribution
Found in Estuaries and coastal reef areas along the New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia coastline.

Tackle
Light to Medium Tackle.

Baits
Prawns, Pilchards, Squid, Crabs and fish strips
