This stunning marine invertebrate features a robust, broad, and heavily muscled oval mantle bordered by thick, fleshy fins that run almost its entire length. Their skin is packed with highly active chromatophores, allowing them to rapidly flash between deep tiger-stripe patterns, vibrant iridescent spots, or complete transparency to match their surroundings. They possess exceptionally large, highly developed eyes with a striking greenish hue that provide absolute visual superiority for hunting in low-light conditions.
