Final Logistics & Table Quality
- Field Notes Western king prawns bury themselves deep in the sand during the day, emerging only at night. Always look for their bright, double orange eyes reflecting your light; they are highly sensitive and will jump backward instantly when startled.
- Eating Qualities Outstanding table quality. Features firm, exceptionally sweet white meat with a clean, delicate flavor. Best prepared by boiling in clean seawater for 2 to 3 minutes, or split-grilling the tail with garlic butter.
