Features an unsealed natural sand over-beach launching area allowing high-clearance 4WD vehicles and tractors to launch tinnies and sportsboats directly into the Great Sandy Strait. High tidal dependency and soft sand require low 4WD tyre pressures. Facilities include unsealed vehicle parking, public restrooms, and QPWS camping grounds. Free public access.
