- Mathoura Boat Ramp: -35.7423, 144.8245. Located near Mathoura, this ramp offers access to a scenic section of the river known for its productive fishing.
- Moulamein Boat Ramp: -35.1893, 144.1361. Provides access to the Edward River near the town of Moulamein. Good for exploring the lower reaches of the river.
- Wakool River Junction: -35.1373, 144.3546. A boat is recommended. Fish the mouth of the Wakool where it joins the Edward for species moving in and out of the Wakool.
