This dual-lane concrete boat ramp is shared by the Coast Guard and Port Albert Yacht Club. It is equipped with a floating jetty and landside amenities. Boat trailer parking was relocated to improve foreshore aesthetics and pedestrian circulation under the Port Albert Master Plan. The facility is managed by the Wellington Shire Council.

Location: At the end of Manns Beach Road, servicing the Pelican Channel on the western edge of the Nooramunga Marine and Coastal Park. This launch site is highly restricted by shallow sand bars and mudflats, limiting navigation to shallow-draught vessels under favourable, high-tide conditions. It is equipped with a concrete ramp and an adjacent jetty, though its lane configuration and surface materials are not specified in official sources.
